Job Role: Graphic Designer
Location: Thane (Work from the office)
Who are we looking for:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team.
As a fresher, you should have a passion for visual storytelling, design, and social media.
You will be responsible for creating engaging graphics and videos that align with our brand image and social media strategy.
The ideal candidate should be a self-driven individual with a strong understanding of various social media platforms and possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
Top 3 Daily Tasks:
Actively produce graphic and video content in collaboration with the marketing team.
Create content according to the social media and marketing content calendar.
Work closely with copywriters and the marketing team to produce the final design.
Work experience: 3 to 5 years of work experience.
Top 5 Skills you should possess:
Proven graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
Familiarity with design software and technologies such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, adobe iMovie, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro X, Davinci Resolve and Photoshop.
A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus.
Alternatively, demonstrated success in relevant professional fields like communications, journalism, marketing, or graphic design.
Strong visual communications skills, including the ability to convey complex concepts and data through images.
Familiarity with best practices for graphics and video content on social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
Technical proficiency with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues.
Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Flexibility in working with new issues, topics, and approaches.
Responsibilities:
As a Graphic Designer, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to -
Designing visual content for print and digital applications that aligns with our brand and appeals to our various audiences.
Creating and editing graphics and layouts for internal communications and engagements with our board of directors.
Designing essential business materials, such as business cards and presentations.
Developing infographics and presentation materials to simplify the communication of complex concepts and data.
Editing video clips for use on social media platforms.
Working autonomously and generating high-quality concepts with minimal instruction.
Managing timelines and prioritizing workloads effectively.
Assisting the team in developing and executing communications plans.
Providing technical support for design related efforts.
Optimizing graphics and video content for social media platforms.
Maintaining organized content files and helping to organize and archive existing design files.
