**Job Description**:
We are seeking a talented Graphics Designer to join our dynamic India team. As a Graphics Designer, you will play a crucial role in translating complex concepts and data into compelling visual stories that resonate with our audience. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team to create engaging graphics that enhance user experience and convey information effectively across our social media channels and ads

**Responsibilities**:
Design and create visually stunning graphics, including illustrations, infographics, logos, and other visual content.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop design concepts that align with Lemion Global’s brand guidelines and objectives.

Use your creativity and technical skills to produce high-quality visual content for both digital and print platforms.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and incorporate them into your work.

Ensure all designs are optimized for different devices and platforms to provide a seamless user experience.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Graphics Designer or similar role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.

Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts to stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.

Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and responsive design is advantageous.

Passion for emerging technologies, AI, and data visualization.
