Compensation Structure:

Phase Duration CTC (Per Annum)

Phase I 6 Months (Probation) ₹2.10 Lakhs

Phase II Next 6 Months ₹2.50 Lakhs

Phase III Next 6 Months ₹2.80 Lakhs

Phase IV Next 6 Months ₹3.15 Lakhs

Additional Benefits:
Advantage Pro will sponsor Global Certification Training (Approx ₹50,000 per year), including certifications cost like Red Hat, Microsoft, AWS, and CKA.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Fresh graduates with good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Passion for learning and sharing knowledge.
  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
  • Knowledge or interest in Linux, AWS, Microsoft, Networking, or Software domains.
  • Role involves training, mentoring, and technical development.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 2024/2025 Passing-Out Students from CSE, ECE, EEE department
  • Minimum 60% aggregate throughout academics
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • At least one Global Certification from Red Hat, AWS, Microsoft, CKA,
