SUMMARY
The Contract Compliance Audit Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all supplier contracts (AVA’s/Amendments) and agreements are being followed in practice, in accordance with company and client contract (MSA) terms and conditions. The individual in this role will work closely with the audit team in support of the entire MSP portfolio of programs. They will be responsible for establishing a schedule for a consistent cadence of audits and managing kickoff and go-live action items across the portfolio. They will be providing oversight to audits in progress, identifying potential compliance issues, providing recommendations to reconciliation of infractions, and coordinating downstream resolution of audit infractions. They will be responsible for creating report and communication strategies for stakeholder engagement.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and analyze contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in audit procedures to determine the accuracy and completeness of contract compliance.
- Identify discrepancies or potential areas of non-compliance and report findings.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve contract compliance processes.
- Monitor and track changes in laws and regulations that may impact contract compliance.
- Provide guidance and training to staff and suppliers on contract compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare reports and presentations on audit findings and compliance status to senior management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 years in a professionally relevant capacity
Experience
- 4 years staffing industry experience in one or more of the following capacities: recruiter, staffing specialist, program manager, client support specialist.
- Experience collaborating closely with other teams to accomplish a common goal.
- At least one year of experience reviewing and adhering to contract compliance requirements.
- Staffing industry experience interacting with suppliers.
- 1+ years of experience in contract management/adherence or compliance auditing.
Skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills. This includes strong business acumen and the ability to effectively draft business-oriented emails and meetings.
