AWS Architect

Job Requirements :

- 12-15 years of experience in AWS and Linux

- Providing design and solutions to clients understanding their requirements.

- Closely working with Clients to understand their current setup and take necessary KT.

- Creating and maintaining new AWS accounts.

- Hands-on experience with EC2, ECS, ELB, EBS, S3, VPC, IAM, Cloud Watch, Storage Gateway.

- Creating Network architecture using VPC, subnets and route tables according to the architecture and requirements.

- Creating and configuring ELB based on the requirements.

- Creating and configuring Auto Scaling Group based on the requirements.

- IAM-Restricting the users to their resources only i.e. giving resource level permissions by customizing the IAM policies.

- Designing, deploying and operating highly available, scalable and fault tolerant systems using Amazon Web Services.

- Extensively worked using AWS services along with wide and in depth understanding of each one of them.

- Highly skilled in deployment, data security and troubleshooting of the applications using AWS Services

- Setting Up Amazon SNS Notifications to trigger CloudWatch Events Rule.

- Good knowledge on AWS Cloud Formation create templates and modify existing Stack.

- Understanding of AWS Certificate Manager.

- Knowledge on Amazon backup configuration.

- Good knowledge on Terraform

- Should have In-depth exposure in all aspects of Linux System Administration.

- Expert on Linux OS administration with experience and sound knowledge of RHEL/Ubuntu/CentOS.

- Strong knowledge on Linux Fundamentals, troubleshooting and performance tuning and patching.

- Strong knowledge on LVM.

- Should have exposure in Server Build & Deployments.

- Knowledge in scripting (Shell/python/Perl) and automation tools (Ansible/Jenkins).

- Resolve server issues and provide root cause analysis.

- Provide recommendations for improvements and Proactive Server administration.

- Coordinate and implement software maintenance with application teams.

- Supported and participated in disaster recovery drills.

Required Skills :

- Deep understanding of cloud and cloud native principles and practices

- Hands-on experience with cloud environments - AWS, GCP, Azure

- AWS Services:EC2, EC2 container service, Lambda, Elastic beanstalk, S3, EFS, Storage gateway, Glacier, VPC, Direct connect, Transit Gateway, ELB, Auto Scaling, ACM, Cloud Front, Cloud Formation, Cloud Watch, Cloud Trail, SNS, SES, SQS, SWF, IAM, RDS, DynamoDB, Elasticache, Redshift, AWS Backup

- Operating Systems: UNIX, Redhat LINUX, Windows

- Networking & Protocols: TCP/IP, Telnet, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SNMP, LDAP, DNS, DHCP, ARP, SSL, IDM 6.0 and 7.0

- DevOps Tools: Puppet, Chef, Subversion (SVN), GIT, Jenkins, Hudson, Puppet, Ansible, Docker and Kubernetes

- Scripting Languages: UNIX Shell Scripting (Bourne, Korn, C and Bash), Python, Perl Scripting,

- Database: Oracle, Amazon Aurora, MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server

- Version Controlling Tools: Subversion, Perforce, GIT,CVS

Must :

- EC2, EC2 container service, Lambda, Elastic beanstalk, S3, EFS, Storage gateway, Glacier, VPC, Direct connect, Transit Gateway, ELB, Auto Scaling, ACM, Cloud Front, Cloud Formation, Cloud Watch, Cloud Trail, SNS, SES, SQS, SWF, IAM, RDS, DynamoDB, Elasticache, Redshift, AWS Backup

- Azure as secondary skill set.

- Automation experience with at least one configuration / deployment management system

- Experience working at least one of the following languages: Node.js, Python, PHP, Ruby, and Java. Proficient with git and git workflows.

- Operating Systems- Microsoft Windows and RedHat LINUX

- Scripting Language- Shell Scripting or Python

- Good knowledge on Terraform

- Good knowledge on cloud formation
