The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills:Essential Experience & Skills: Experience in S/W & H/W & test experience (Preferably using Omicron, Triange Microwrks) with any SAS (Substation Automation System) Experience in development of Test Case, executing manual testing, test result reporting, creating respective documentation Knowledge of protection schemes covering all AC substation equipment’s (Transformer, Power Cables, GIS, Switchgear, LVAC & LVDC, UPS, Battery Bank..) Understanding of protection logics, multi-vendor IED configuration, Relay settings etc. (Preferably Siprotec 5) Initialize relay (preferably SIPROTEC 4 & 5) with firmware, configurations & perform basic testing using Digsi software packages. Experience in usage test automation tools - related screpting Knowledge on utility communication protocols like IEC61850, OPC, Modbus, DNP3, IEC101,104. Hands on experience in working with various manufacture IEDs on IEC 61850 protocol in creating *.IEC, ICD, CID, SCD files. Hands on experience in producing documents (test specification, philosophy & check sheets ) ranging for pre-FAT, FAT and SAT Awareness of applicable regional standards (US, UK, Europe, India) Good to have experience & skills: Degree in Electrical Engineering Masters in Power System engineering preferred for Protection engineers. Experience in Renewables and/or HVAC substations projects Commissioning experience in substation protection relay application. Knowledge on TCP/IP, PREFABS, Profinet , Fieldbus SPA. Knowledge on Convergence of IT & OT, Cybersecurity etc. Knowledge on digital IOT
