We’re looking for a dynamic Digital Project Manager who shares our passion for creativity and excellence to join our team.Job Description:As a Digital Project Manager at Mavericks, you will be the driving force behind the successful execution of our digital marketing projects. You will work closely with our creative, strategy, and account management teams to ensure that digital campaigns and projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Your role is crucial in maintaining the high standards our clients expect and in ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across all digital channels.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning:

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for digital campaigns in collaboration with team leads and clients. Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.Team Coordination:

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of digital projects. Facilitate communication between creative, strategy, and digital teams to ensure everyone is aligned.Timeline and Budget Management:

Ensure all digital projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.Client Communication:

Act as the point of contact for clients on digital project matters, providing regular updates and managing expectations.Quality Control:

Ensure that all digital deliverables, including websites, social media campaigns, SEO/SEM initiatives, and online content, meet the required quality standards before they are shared with the client.Risk Management:

Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.Process Improvement:

Continuously seek ways to improve digital project processes and workflows for greater efficiency and effectiveness.Qualifications:Experience:

4- 6 years of project management experience, specifically in digital marketing within an agency setting.Education:
