Role Description Seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst/System Administrator with 6+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise IT support. The ideal candidate will possess advanced skills in MS SQL database management, expertise with ServiceNow, strong experience in Active Directory and Azure Virtual Desktop, and a wide knowledge of Windows server environments and related troubleshooting domains.
