In this role, you’ll leverage your coding expertise to evaluate, refine, and guide AI systems by applying real-world engineering standards. This is a remote, flexible opportunity based in India, with competitive hourly pay.Key ResponsibilitiesAI Training & EvaluationCreate and answer technical questions about software engineering concepts, coding best practices, and debugging strategies.Review and evaluate AI-generated code in languages such as JavaScript, Python, Go, Java, TypeScript, Rust, and C++.Analyse code quality, maintainability, and adherence to industry-standard practices.Technical FeedbackProvide expert-level insights on version control workflows, branching strategies, and collaborative coding practices.Conduct reviews of AI-generated code outputs, identifying bugs, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.Offer detailed technical feedback to ensure AI-generated solutions meet real-world software engineering requirements.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analysis, STEM, or a related field from atop 200 global academic institution .Proficiency in at leasttwo or more programming languages : JavaScript, Python, Go, Java, TypeScript, Rust, or C++.Professional experience in building and maintainingproduction-grade software repositories .Strong knowledge ofGit(or similar version control systems), including branching, merging, and collaborative development workflows.Hands-on experience incode reviews, debugging complex issues, and analyzing large codebases .Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to communicate coding best practices clearly.Compensation & BenefitsFlexible schedule– work 5–10 hours/week, up to 40 hours if preferred.Remote work– based in India.Join aglobal community of coding expertscontributing to advanced AI tools.Free access to theModel Playgroundto experiment with and engage with leading large language models.Ready to revolutionise AI with your coding expertise?
