Job Overview


We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team in India. In this key role, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and optimizing our Salesforce platform to meet the evolving needs of our organization. You will work closely with cross functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions that align with our business goals and processes. As a Salesforce Developer, your primary responsibilities will include writing and maintaining Apex code, creating Visualforce pages, developing Lightning components, and integrating third-party applications. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust, scalable solutions. Additionally, you will stay updated on the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices to continually enhance our platform.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop custom applications and solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
  • Design and implement scalable and maintainable code solutions for complex business requirements.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Customize Salesforce workflows, validation rules, and process automation to optimize business processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Perform regular code reviews, optimization, and refactoring to maintain high-quality code standards.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce environment.
  • Maintain and enhance Salesforce applications by implementing new features and updates.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to continuously improve the platform.


Education and Experience

  • Strong Salesforce development skills with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning development.
  • Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I (Platform Developer II certification is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce integration techniques, including REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security.
  • Ability to design and implement scalable, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with version control tools and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce development.
  • Demonstrates continued personal/professional development and active involvement in the Salesforce community.
  • Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
