As we expand our team, we are looking to re-innovate our digital brand identity to reflect our innovation, credibility, and impact in healthcare.We’re seeking a Senior Brand Manager who can own the end-to-end redesign, elevate our digital presence, and ensure brand consistency across all platforms. This role is perfect for a creative yet strategic professional with strong project management skills and experience in healthcare or SaaS branding.What You’ll DoWebsite Redesign & ManagementLead the brand redesign and relaunch, ensuring it is modern, responsive, and optimized for lead generation.Define the website structure, user journeys, and navigation to maximize impact.Collaborate with developers, designers, and content writers to deliver a seamless experience.Brand Development & ConsistencyBuild and maintain Bulwark’s brand identity — including color palettes, typography, icons, and visual assets.Ensure brand alignment across website, LinkedIn, blogs, email campaigns, and presentations.Develop scalable brand guidelines for internal and external use.Content & Visual AlignmentWork with the content writer to shape compelling, clear messaging aligned with healthcare technology positioning.Map visuals and graphics to content themes for every section of the website.Project & Stakeholder ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for the website redesign project.Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors.Drive timelines, deliverables, and quality standards while keeping leadership updated.Performance & OptimizationEnsure the website supports analytics, SEO, and conversion goals.Continuously monitor and improve site performance post-launch.What We’re Looking For8–12 years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, or website design leadership .Strong background in UI/UX strategy and brand storytelling.Proven track record of leading website redesign projects for SaaS, healthcare, or tech brands.Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Canva, or similar).Familiarity with WordPress, Webflow, or HubSpot CMS .Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.Strong aesthetic sense with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging visuals.Why Join Bulwark Health?Opportunity to lead a high-impact project shaping Bulwark’s digital identity.Be part of a mission-driven company driving innovation in healthcare technology.Work with a collaborative, forward-thinking leadership team.Remote-friendly, with flexible working culture.Interested?
