About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety Supervisor to oversee and ensure the highest safety standards at our industrial project site. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enforcing safety protocols, conducting inspections, and promoting a culture of safety among all site personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, monitor, and enforce compliance with statutory safety regulations, company safety policies, and client requirements at the project site.

• Conduct regular risk assessments, hazard identifications, and job safety analyses.

• Carry out routine site inspections and safety audits; document and report findings with corrective action plans.

• Oversee the Permit-to-Work (PTW) system and ensure all activities are conducted safely.

• Organize and deliver safety induction programs, toolbox talks, and training sessions for site workers and subcontractors.

• Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents; recommend preventive measures to management.

• Maintain safety documentation, registers, and reports for client and regulatory compliance.

• Coordinate with client safety teams and statutory bodies during inspections or audits.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor's Degree in B.Sc or B.Tech (mandatory).

• Diploma in Industrial Safety from a recognized institute (mandatory).

• 2–8 years of relevant experience in industrial safety, preferably at steel plants, refineries, or similar heavy industrial environments.

• Thorough knowledge of safety compliance, risk assessments, site audits, emergency preparedness, and PTW systems.

• Strong communication and leadership skills to enforce safety culture across teams.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
