**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor construction work to ensure quality and adherence to drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and vendors on-site
- Maintain daily reports on work progress, material usage, and manpower
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and site regulations
- Check and verify measurements for billing and work certification
- Handle material inventory and requisition of construction materials
- Ensure timely completion of tasks as per schedule
- Liaise with engineers, architects, and project managers as required

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong understanding of civil construction techniques and processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site layouts
- Good leadership and people management skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Familiarity with safety and quality standards

**Qualification**:

- Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering (preferred)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
