Role - BizFin Lead

We are looking for a sharp and detail-oriented BizFin Lead who can combine financial expertise with business acumen. This role requires someone who can partner with business leaders, manage financial planning and analysis, and drive account- and function-level P&L ownership. The ideal candidate will balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring profitability, compliance, and sustainable growth. A key part of the role will also be leading the design, implementation, and adoption of ERP systems for Finance & Accounts to enable automation, accuracy, and scalability.

Role Description

Act as the finance partner for business and functional leaders, providing insights for strategic and operational decisions.

Own and manage P&L for assigned business units/functions, ensuring revenue growth, cost efficiency, and margin optimization.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across the business.

Build financial models and evaluate business cases for new initiatives, pricing, and investments.

Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for leadership teams.

Establish governance and control processes to ensure compliance while enabling business agility.

Lead ERP implementation for Finance & Accounts: requirements gathering, process mapping, vendor coordination, testing, and driving adoption across teams.

Drive cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams to align financial goals with business objectives.

Qualifications

Strong analytical, financial modeling, and reporting skills with proven ability to derive actionable insights.

Expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), P&L ownership, and business partnering.

Hands-on experience with ERP implementation (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) including design, rollout, and user adoption.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with multiple priorities.

Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent) preferred.

CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification required.

Experience: 2-10 years
