Key Responsibilities

  1. Import & Export Management

  2. Handle import/export documentation, including Bill of Entry, Shipping Bill, IEC compliance, and DGFT/Customs requirements.

  3. Coordinate with CHA (Customs House Agents), freight forwarders, and port authorities for clearance.
  4. Ensure compliance with GST on imports, export incentives, and RBI guidelines for international trade.

  5. Monitor lead times and ensure timely dispatch/delivery of shipments.

  6. Procurement & Supplier Management

  7. Develop procurement strategies in line with Indian market requirements.

  8. Identify and qualify local and international suppliers for raw materials, components, and consumables.
  9. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to optimize costs.
  10. Ensure vendor compliance with GST invoicing, e-way bills, and statutory requirements.

  11. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure continuity of supply and service.

  12. Supply Chain Management

  13. Plan, execute, and monitor end-to-end supply chain processes.

  14. Collaborate with production, sales, and logistics to balance supply with demand.
  15. Manage distribution networks for timely deliveries across regions.
  16. Implement demand forecasting and optimize replenishment cycles.

  17. Identify supply chain risks and establish contingency plans.

  18. Inventory Management (Production, Rental & Finished Goods)

  19. Monitor and control stock levels of raw materials, WIP, finished goods, and rental equipment.

  20. Ensure inventory accuracy through ERP systems and periodic physical verification.
  21. Align stock management with production schedules and rental requirements.
  22. Minimize stock obsolescence, pilferage, and discrepancies.
  23. Maintain audit-ready inventory records for compliance purposes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
