We help our clients with key operational business functions from bookkeeping, payroll, financial modeling and forecasting, HR, and other various business initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

5+ years of accounting and financial experience3+ years working with QuickBooks2+ years managing a teamAdvanced experience in Excel and Google SheetsExcellent communicator, with the ability to effectively communicate with Clients and stakeholdersProven ability to handle confidential information and multi-task with easeAttention to detail, ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlinesExecuting industry research and competitive analysisBachelor’s Degree in Accounting or FinanceExperience in working with US clientsChartered Accountant licenseMaster’s Degree in Accounting, a plus

Desired Candidate Profile:

Oversee and manage Client accounts, relations, and expectations. Understand client needs and build financial models and analysis.Assist and guide Clients with financial planning, budgeting forecasting, and cash flow management.Support Clients during audit and tax preparations.Take a lead role in building and managing a team, including onboarding, training, and coaching.Lead team members with the monthly close process and finalize monthly financial statements.Oversee various accounting processes and provide guidance and evaluation. Review processes and best practices, with an on-going focus on improvement and iteration.Manage, oversee, and participate in Client presentations.

***Must be local to Ahmedabad and have US accounting experience
