Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a TA Manager - University Experience. The TA Manager will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, building relationships with universities, coordinating and participating in campus recruitment events, and overseeing the entire recruitment process for university hires. The role involves collaborating with various departments, enhancing employer branding, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Assistant Teaching and Education
  • Strong Communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Proficiency in Mathematics and related subjects
  • Experience in Working With Children, including managing educational activities and fostering a positive learning environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Previous experience in university recruitment is a plus
