Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Development Manager located in Mumbai. In this role, the Franchise Development Manager will be responsible for driving franchise sales, generating leads, planning and developing business strategies for franchise growth, and conducting training for franchisees. The role involves aligning business goals with franchise operations and ensuring comprehensive support for new and existing franchise partners.
Qualifications
- Franchise Sales and Franchising skills
- Experience in Business Planning and Lead Generation
- Training and development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Relevant experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
