Location: Vadodara | Night Shifts (U.S. Client Alignment)
Are you passionate about building a fair, respectful, and compliant workplace?
We’re looking for a skilled and empathetic HR Employee Relations Specialist to be the bridge between employees and management in our fast-paced BPO environment .
In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for resolving conflicts, guiding managers, and ensuring that our people feel supported while policies and labor laws are upheld. Your impact will directly shape trust, culture, and employee well-being.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the first point of contact for employee grievances, complaints, and disputes
Conduct fair and impartial investigations into harassment, misconduct, or policy violations
Guide managers on disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution strategies
Ensure compliance with company policies and Indian labor laws
Maintain accurate and confidential case records
Review and update HR policies related to workplace conduct and relations
Partner with the legal team on complex employee relations cases
Drive initiatives that promote fairness, respect, and employee trust
What We’re Looking For
2–3 years of proven employee relations experience , ideally in the BPO industry
Strong skills in conflict resolution and mediation
In-depth understanding of Indian labor laws
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
High degree of empathy, discretion, and professionalism
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work night shifts to align with U.S. operations
