We’re looking for a skilled and empathetic HR Employee Relations Specialist to be the bridge between employees and management in our fast-paced BPO environment.In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for resolving conflicts, guiding managers, and ensuring that our people feel supported while policies and labor laws are upheld. Your impact will directly shape trust, culture, and employee well-being.???? What You’ll DoServe as the first point of contact for employee grievances, complaints, and disputesConduct fair and impartial investigations into harassment, misconduct, or policy violationsGuide managers on disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution strategiesEnsure compliance with company policies and Indian labor lawsMaintain accurate and confidential case recordsReview and update HR policies related to workplace conduct and relationsPartner with the legal team on complex employee relations casesDrive initiatives that promote fairness, respect, and employee trust???? What We’re Looking For2–3 years of proven employee relations experience, ideally in the BPO industryStrong skills in conflict resolution and mediationIn-depth understanding of Indian labor lawsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilitiesHigh degree of empathy, discretion, and professionalismStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsWillingness to work night shifts to align with U.
