Requirements

Technical Expertise:Strong JIRA process management experience

Ability to organize application intake for monitoring

Generating Dashboard requirements

Generating Successful Monitoring and Alarming

Ability to measure application performance KPIS

Must Have Experience in Big 4 Consulting Companies

Strong Communication Skills and Client Relationship management

Education:A relevant degree such as Bachelor’s or College Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technical, Mathematics, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, Education, or Computer Engineering.
