This role blends strategic thinking, creative direction, and production leadership to deliver compelling branded content that not only meets client objectives but also elevates brand storytelling.Responsibilities:- End-to-End Video ProductionLead the full video production process to deliver high-quality content on time and within budget.- Creative Development & StoryboardingDevelop compelling creative concepts and storyboards that translate briefs into engaging visual narratives.- Client & Stakeholder CollaborationAlign with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.- On-Ground Shoot ManagementManage all on-site production activities to ensure efficient, safe, and seamless execution of shoots.- Post-Production OversightSupervise editing, sound, and finishing processes to ensure polished final outputs that meet brand and quality standards.- Multi-Platform Content AdaptationOptimize and adapt video assets for various digital platforms to maximize reach and engagement.- Quality Control & Brand AlignmentEnsure every video adheres to brand guidelines, technical standards, and quality benchmarks before final delivery.Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Film, or a related field.- Proven experience (2+ years) as a B2 B Branded Content Producer or similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing successful branded content campaigns.- Exceptional project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. In-depth knowledge of brand strategy and the ability to translate it into compelling content.
