JD - Software EngineerRoles and responsibilitiesUnderstanding research papers/ product patentsDeveloping algorithms studied from research papersUnderstanding software requirementsWorking on various software modules as a part of the requirementsDesign system architecture for standalone applicationsWorking on various software platforms to develop the desired functionalityDesign test cases to test the developed functionalityDocumentation of the development process.Communicating requirements from and to the respective team members.Working with cross-platform members to complete interdisciplinary work requirements.Taking ownership of the task at hand.

Background:-BE/BTech in Computer Science/Mechanical/Robotics/Aerospace engineering with 5+ years ofexperience OR MTechin Computer Science/Mechanical/Robotics/Aerospace with 3+ years of experienceWorking knowledge of object oriented programmingExperience in developing algorithms to achieve engineering functionality. For example, 3Dgeometry, computer vision, related algorithms.Working knowledge of C++, Python, C#, Javascript.Working knowledge of Git, UML diagramsKnowledge of VTK, OpenCV, Three.jsKnowledge of MATLAB, SIMULINKExperience in medical device industry is a plus.Knowledge of IEC 62304
