Job description
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and generate new business opportunities within the education and institutional sector.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at schools, colleges, universities, and training institutions.
· Pitch and sell the company’s products/services tailored to the needs of educational institutions.
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
· Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
· Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
· Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and presentations to potential clients.
· Attend industry events, seminars, and exhibitions to network and promote the company’s offerings.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
· 4+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the academic or institutional sector.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
· Willingness to travel as per business needs
