As we expand our presence in the US market, we are looking for a driven and persuasive Business Development Manager to lead outreach efforts and generate qualified leads.Key Responsibilities- Conduct cold calls to CPA firms, CFO firms, and business owners in the USA to pitch Ambit’s outsourced accounting and staffing solutions- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach- Schedule and coordinate introductory calls and demos for senior leadership- Understand client needs, identify pain points, and propose tailored service offerings- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and presentations- Track sales metrics, update CRM regularly, and prepare weekly reports- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in the BPO and accounting outsourcing spaceKey Requirements- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or outbound business development (US market preferred)- Proven experience in cold calling to international clients, especially CPA firms or US-based businesses- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills- Comfortable working during US time zones- Experience with CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plusWhat We Offer- Attractive base salary + performance-based incentives- Opportunity to work with an established brand in accounting outsourcing- Exposure to international markets and US-based client acquisition- Professional development and career advancement opportunities- Supportive leadership and collaborative work environmentAmbit Tax and Accounting Services LLP is an equal opportunity employer.
