Job Title: Software Engineer – Fullstack Development

Years of Experience: 2 to 3 years

Location: Bangalore


Role Summary:

As a Software Engineer (Fullstack), you will be responsible for developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of our software products. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) and be proficient in a range of technologies including Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, React or Angular. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.


What will you do?

Fullstack Development: Design, develop, and maintain front-end interfaces and back-end systems using Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, and Frontend technologies like React or Angular.Data Structures & Algorithms: Apply strong DSA knowledge to build efficient and optimized software solutions.Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices in software development.Testing & Debugging: Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure the reliability and performance of applications.Collaboration: Work closely with other developers, product managers, and designers to deliver features that meet user requirements.Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends to continually improve the quality and performance of our software.

What skills required?

  1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology.
  2. 2 to 3 years of experience in full-stack development.
  3. Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
  4. Deep expertise in front-end with some exposure to back-end OR deep expertise in back-end with some exposure to front-end
  5. Proficiency in Java, including experience with Spring Boot

OR

  1. Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with front-end technologies like React or Angular.
  2. Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
