Job Description About the Role   We are looking for a Power BI Developer  to design and develop interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to transform raw data into meaningful visualizations.    Key Responsibilities   Develop, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports .  Connect Power BI to various data sources (SQL Server, Excel, APIs, etc.).  Implement data models , DAX calculations , and optimize queries for performance.  Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.  Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance  in reporting.  Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI reports and data refresh.  Stay updated on Power BI features  and best practices.  Requirements Required Skills   2–4 years  of experience in Power BI development.  Strong knowledge of DAX , Power Query , and data modeling.  Proficiency in SQL  for data extraction and transformation.  Experience with ETL processes  and integrating multiple data sources.  Familiarity with Power BI Service  (workspaces, gateways, scheduled refresh).  Understanding of data visualization principles  and business intelligence concepts.    Preferred Skills   Exposure to Azure Data Services  (Data Factory, Synapse).  Knowledge of Python/R  for advanced analytics.  Experience with Row-Level Security (RLS)  and governance.    Education   Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field   Requirements DAX, Power Query or Power BI Service , ETL, Data Factory, Synapse
