Roles and Responsibilities

1. Play a critical role in making HighRadius the only Office of the CFO multi-category company in the world.2. Drive the business forward, solve critical problems to scale O2C business on Highradius’ hyper growth journey,3. Work with the GTM leadership hands-on to scale our sales engine into new markets, channels, and categories4. Work with product leaders to scale our new products5. Develop deep understanding of the assigned business unit and proactively identify areas of improvement6. Be a strategic partner to the GTM leadership by owning business critical decision recommendations and end-end execution with self-driven updates to the C-suite.7. Deliver Strategy & Operations projects (eg operating model optimisation, margins improvement, budgeting, and people performance for the assigned business units) within specified timelines (~ 1-6 months)8. Understand the as-is, work with the leaders to define the to-be and provide a path to achieve the to-be9. Identify key growth bottlenecks and devise solutions / initiatives to address them based on data, stakeholder interactions and market research10. Own Business Reviews ensuring data and presentation accuracy to deliver actionable insights in our relentless push to achieve KPI outcomes for each market, team, and individual within the sales org.

Skills :

1. Problem-solving, Critical Thinking, Reporting and analytical skills2. Stakeholder management and ability to lead cross-functional projects3. Transformative DNA - willing to challenge the status-quo, envision future state, embolden teams and lead the change4. Executive-level communication and presentation skills in both formal and informal settings5. A strong bias for action with the ability to effect and drive change6. Ability to demonstrate end-end ownership of tasks and projects

Experience :

1. Tier 1 undergraduate education in Engineering, Economics or Commerce. MBA is a plus but not mandatory.2. 2-3 years experience in Strategy & Operations role in a technology startup OR3. 1-2 years of experience in Founders Office/Chief of Staff kind of roles OR4. 1-2 years of Tier 1 management consulting experience
