Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. Maintain pay plan and benefits program, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within the education or training sector. Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
