We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Administrator with 3–10 years of hands‑on experience in support, migration, upgrades, and implementation projects. The ideal candidate will manage system performance, ensure high availability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a robust SAP landscape. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain SAP system performance, configurations, transports, security, and printing. Execute corrective and preventive actions to ensure system stability. Implement system monitoring solutions and optimize performance across the landscape. Recommend and implement enhancements involving custom design, third‑party tools, and performance improvements. Collaborate with technical and development teams for upgrades, patches, and system-wide updates. Diagnose and resolve system issues; propose hardware upgrades when needed. Plan and implement security measures; manage user accounts, access, and profiles. Configure and maintain production systems for High Availability . Monitor production and non-production systems from master consoles. Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems across Development, Testing, and Production. Perform SAP implementations, enhancements, application maintenance, and Root Cause Analysis. Provide on-call technical support and create SOP documentation. Lead projects and mentor junior administrators. Required Skills & Experience SAP NetWeaver; ECC Business Suite, S/4HANA; Enterprise Portal Solution Manager; HANA Studio OS: SLES, Red Hat, Windows Server Strong communication skills Preferred Skills SCM with HANA integrated LiveCache PI, IXOS, ONBASE, Archiving Server, Data Services Wily, Vertex (including O Series), Paymetric Additional Requirements Experience with SLT, ATC systems Tools: Extrahop, HANA Cockpit, Splunk, Orion Ticketing tools: Jira, HEAT (or similar) Cloud: Azure or AWS (daily operations, installs, upgrades, patching) SAP monthly security patching (automation preferred) Automation of routine Basis activities SAPGUI upgrades, HANA backup/restore & configuration Immediate joiners preferred or up to 30 days. Location - Hyderabad
