Job Description:

We are seeking a Research Analyst to support our non-IT staffing operations by conducting market research, identifying potential clients, and generating leads through various channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience utilizing LinkedIn and other platforms to source candidates and create new business opportunities. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities within non-IT staffing sectors.
  • Utilize LinkedIn, indeed, Glassdoor and other professional networking platforms to source candidates and generate leads for new business development.
  • Analyze industry data and employment trends to identify areas of high demand for staffing services.
  • Collaborate with the sales and recruitment teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and industry professionals to facilitate business growth and enhance our reputation in the market.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, including lead generation, client acquisition, and candidate placement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Research Analyst or similar role, preferably in the staffing industry.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms for sourcing and lead generation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data collection and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with non-IT industries and staffing processes is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM software and other relevant tools is preferred.
