Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relations Officer based in Ballia. The Customer Relations Officer will be responsible for maintaining client relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and using analytical skills to resolve any issues. Day-to-day tasks include interacting with customers, addressing their concerns, and working to improve overall client experience.
