Franchise Development Manager Delhi/NCR

Company: Shemrock & Shemford Group of Schools – A leading education group with 650+ centers across India, Nepal & Bangladesh

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Franchise Development Manager to spearhead our franchise expansion and strengthen our presence in Delhi/NCR. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of one of the largest education networks in South Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard potential franchise partners across Delhi/NCR.
  • Drive end-to-end franchise development – lead generation, presentations, negotiations, and closure.
  • Build strong relationships with potential investors and ensure alignment with company vision.
  • Support franchise partners during the onboarding process to ensure smooth setup.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (HR, Academics, Marketing, Operations) to deliver a seamless franchisee experience.
  • Track and achieve monthly/quarterly franchise acquisition targets.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/MBA with 4–8 years of experience in franchise development, business development, or channel sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Willingness to travel within the region.

Location: Delhi/NCR

Compensation: Competitive salary + incentives (based on performance)
