We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telemarketer to join our sales and marketing team. You will be responsible for promoting our Audio-Visual products (speakers, amplifiers, conferencing systems, etc.) through outbound calls, building customer interest, and generating qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our AV products and solutions.
  • Explain product features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
  • Handle queries, provide information, and follow up on leads via phone and email.
  • Maintain a database of potential customers and update CRM tools with call details.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for further action on qualified leads.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: Fresher to 2 years in telemarketing, customer service, or inside sales (preferably in electronics or AV domain).
  • Education: Minimum 10+2; Graduate preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent spoken and written communication in English and regional languages.
  • Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office, emails, and CRM tools.
  • Persuasion Skills: Ability to influence and convince customers effectively.
  • Professionalism: Polite, confident, and self-motivated with a customer-first attitude.
