Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Collaborating closely with the Head of Department and Head Office, the selected candidate will be tasked with identifying and cultivating new leads and prospects, thereby driving business growth.

  2. Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring a robust pipeline for expansions, new projects, replacements, etc.

  3. Strategizing and executing sales plans and activities, including prioritizing customer visits based on potential, business volume, and strategic importance.

  4. Staying informed about competitors' activities, products, pricing strategies, as well as identifying strengths and weaknesses to inform our sales approach.

  5. Providing timely and accurate quotations tailored to customer requirements.

  6. Facilitating the seamless transmission of orders and diligently tracking payments and account receivables.

  7. Ensuring diligent upkeep of CRM systems and daily management tasks, including weekly reporting, planning, and expense management.

  8. Demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to travel within the assigned territory to meet business objectives.
