Job Title: Director of HR Analytics
Location: Bangalore
Education:: Full Time MBA from a premium institute
Exp: 14yrs
CTC: 70LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop HR Analytics Strategy: Lead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive HR analytics strategy aligned with client's business goals and HR priorities.
- Data Management: Oversee data collection system design and maintenance to ensure accurate data acquisition. Collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
- Data Analysis and Modeling: Utilize advanced statistical analysis, data modeling, and predictive analytics techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within HR data.
- HR Process Optimization: Partner with HR leaders and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for optimizing HR processes and initiatives using data-driven insights.
- Dashboarding : Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate employee-related metrics and insights to stakeholders, ensuring a unified approach to employee-related decision making.
- Strategic Decision-Making: Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on HR data analysis to drive strategic decision-making and enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Leadership and Team Development: Lead and develop a high-performing team of HR analytics professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure team success.
- Change Management: Lead initiatives to integrate data-driven HR processes across and promote a data-driven culture within the HR team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to lead HR analytics projects and initiatives that support business objectives and enhance organizational performance.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in HR analytics, and recommend innovative approaches to improve Client's analytics capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in HR, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field preferred.
- Extensive experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, or HR data analysis, ideally in a consulting or technology-driven environment.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Deep understanding of HR processes, practices, and metrics, with the ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Proven track record of driving HR transformation and organizational effectiveness through data-driven insights.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
