About the Role

We are looking for a Motion Graphic Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media as per the requirements of the university.

The Graphic Designer job description includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, creatives, and photos. You'll be the one to shape the visual aspects of marketing and branding collaterals, websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions, and more. Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we'd like to meet you. The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualizing creative and engaging visuals based on university requirements
• Creating images and layouts, templates in line with branding guidelines
• Creatives and Designs for various media including print, video, Social / Digital Media, merchandise, collaterals, etc.
• Study and understand design briefs and determine requirements
• Schedule projects and define timelines
• Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs
• Work with copywriters and the communications team and internal teams to produce the final design
• Ensure final graphics and layouts, templates etc. are visually appealing and in sync with institutional requirements and industry trends
• Repurpose and render the visuals as per the requirements of various social media platforms

Qualifications

• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
• Minimum 5+ years of experience, preferably in education domain

Compensation

• CTC is not a constraint for the right profile

Required Skills

• Proven graphic designing experience
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Corel Draw, Photoshop, Video Editing, InDesign, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Ability to learn and upskill oneself continuously to keep up with emerging technology and trends
