- Experience: 5-10 years of proven, hands-on experience in US IT recruitment or talent acquisition, with a specific focus on OPT/CPT hiring and H1B transfers.- Knowledge: Strong understanding of the US staffing process, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and legal employment regulations.- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various job portals/sourcing tools.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, target-driven environment- Comfortable working in night shift- MINIMUM 5 TO 10 YEARS experience marketing OPT/CPT Candidates (Must Have)- Candidates should have excellent communication skills- Need to recruit OPT/CPT, H1, GC and GC EAD- Need to have good convincing skills.- Hands-on experience with job boards like Dice, OPT portals and LinkedIn, etc.- Experience in recruiting H1B transfers/EAD's and independent contractors.
