Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for an CS/Associate specializing in IBC for handling the CIRP process. The Associate will be responsible for providing end-to-end services for insolvency and bankruptcy cases, handling litigation before NCLT or NCLAT, advising clients on compliance matters, and supporting homebuyers with delayed possessions. The role involves in-depth research, analysis, and strategic planning to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in handling the CIRP process, Liquidation process and other
  • Expertise in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT)
  • Experience in handling litigation matters, especially related to NCLT and NCLAT
  • Strong research, analytical, and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases simultaneously
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law
  • Experience in the legal consulting sector is a plus
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and software
