Job Title: Business Development Executive (Fresher) – School Sales (Events)

About the Role:
Techradiance is hiring enthusiastic freshers who are passionate about sales and education As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you will play a key role in connecting with schools owners & principals to introduce school submits. You will get full training and support to help you grow and succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact school authorities (principals, coordinators, trustees) via calls, emails, and visits.
- Introduce Global Edu Leaders offerings & School Leader Submits
- Schedule and attend virtual or physical meetings with school representatives.
- Build relationships and follow up regularly to convert interest into deals.
- Work with the senior team for client presentations and closures.
- Maintain basic data of leads, meetings, and follow-ups in Excel/CRM tools.
- Achieve assigned targets with the guidance of a Team Leader/Manager.
Who Can Apply:
- Freshers with any Bachelor's degree (BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BTech, etc.)
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, and communication.
- Good spoken and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Willingness to learn, travel locally, and confidently interact with school staff.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Sheets is a plus.
