Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and cold calling.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and identify potential clients.
  • Schedule meetings, pitch services/products, and deliver compelling presentations.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure consistent follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals, close deals, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
  • Good understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software (like Zoho, HubSpot), and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to handle objections and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or business development (preferred but not mandatory).
