Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and cold calling.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and identify potential clients.
- Schedule meetings, pitch services/products, and deliver compelling presentations.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure consistent follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals, close deals, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Good understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software (like Zoho, HubSpot), and LinkedIn.
- Ability to handle objections and work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or business development (preferred but not mandatory).
