Role & responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy Development:
    Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies for the food category, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Market Analysis & Insights:
    Conduct in-depth market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for innovation within the food industry. Leverage insights to shape product development and marketing strategies.
  • Product Portfolio Management:
    Oversee the portfolio of food products, including new product launches, brand extensions, and managing the lifecycle of existing products. Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all product offerings.
  • Campaign Management (Brand Focus):
    Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, traditional, and experiential) to build brand awareness, drive consumer engagement, and increase sales.
  • Brand Positioning & Messaging:
    Define and communicate clear brand positioning, ensuring differentiation from competitors in the market. Ensure consistency of messaging across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Budget Management:
    Manage and allocate the brand marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal use of resources for maximum impact. Report on ROI and brand performance metrics.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
    Work closely with senior management, sales teams, R&D, and other key stakeholders to ensure cohesive execution of brand strategies. Regularly update senior management on brand performance, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:
    Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as market share, brand health, and sales growth. Provide regular reports to senior management on brand performance and adjust strategies as necess
