Job Overview: The Corporate Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with corporate clients to drive sales and achieve revenue targets. Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and target potential corporate clients through research, networking, and industry events. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with key corporate accounts. Understand clients’ business needs and tailor solutions to address their challenges.
Product Presentation: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value and benefits of our offerings.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions, prepare proposals, and close deals. Ensure contracts are aligned with company policies and client requirements.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a seamless client experience.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. Provide regular updates and reports to sales management.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven track record of success in corporate sales or B2B sales, D2C sales .
Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with senior executives and decision-makers.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with sales analytics tools is advantageous.
Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
