We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Engineer to design, install, maintain, and optimize heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for commercial, industrial, or residential projects. The HVAC Engineer will be responsible for ensuring energy efficiency, system reliability, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Planning

  • Develop HVAC system layouts, schematics, and technical specifications.

  • Perform load calculations and energy modeling to determine heating and cooling requirements.

  • Select appropriate equipment, ductwork, and piping systems based on project needs.

  • Project Execution

  • Oversee installation, commissioning, and testing of HVAC systems.

  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration.

  • Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and technical documentation for tenders and projects.

  • Maintenance & Troubleshooting

  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems.

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in chillers, AHUs, VRF/VRV systems, ducts, and other components.

  • Optimize system performance to achieve energy efficiency and cost savings.

  • Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure HVAC systems comply with ASHRAE, ISHRAE, ISO, and local building codes.

  • Adhere to environmental standards and sustainable practices.
  • Maintain proper documentation for audits, certifications, and inspections.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Diploma with strong experience may be considered).
  • 3–7 years of experience in HVAC design, installation, or maintenance (depending on role level).
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems such as chillers, cooling towers, VRV/VRF, and ducting systems.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
  • Familiarity with energy modeling tools and HVAC simulation software.
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
