Responsibilities:

- Understanding and Developing preliminary design plans, includes all working drawings like electrical, HVAC, furniture details etc.
- Interpret and translate customer requirements into practical solutions via layouts and relevant presentations.
- Specifying materials for the space which would help translate the needs and requirements. For example:

- Enabling the senses like touch and feel, using textures the right way.
- Developing and working around time schedules to coordinate with the vendors and clients, to execute a perfect time bound project.
- Conduct on-site observations and provide recommendations to help streamline ongoing design projects. Proper quality checks with set standards are mandatory, educating the juniors and supervisors about the desired output.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline
- Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)
- Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator and any rendering software.
- Familiarity with appropriate design and visualisation tools
- Must have a thorough knowledge of construction materials and accessories
- Good communication and presentation skills

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Bhubaneshwar, Orissa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
