Overview

The purpose of the role is to:

Data Analytics & Reporting Collaborative Analysis Technology & Process Improvement Responsibilities Team Leadership: Direct a team of nine L04 specialists, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and innovation. Provide coaching, performance feedback, and career development support. Data Analytics & Reporting: Design and maintain advanced supply chain reports and dashboards from various systems (SAP, JDA ISCP, JDA gTMS, Exceeda, EDI, MyBuy, MyEHS, Digital Form, SCPP, WMS WCS, PACE, DPP, IIOT, Data Lake, etc). Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of data to support business decisions. Collaborative Analysis: Proactively identify and analyse trends and gaps in supply chain performance. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights and define improvement strategies. Technology & Process Improvement: Lead the adoption of data visualization and business intelligence tools. Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes to enhance efficiency and insightfulness. Qualifications Technical Expertise: Advanced skills in data analysis and business intelligence tools (, SQL, PowerBI, Tableau). Proficient in Excel and statistical analysis techniques. Supply Chain Knowledge: Deep understanding of supply chain metrics and KPIs, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies. Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership capabilities with experience in team management, mentoring, and development. Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex data for diverse audiences Analytical Thinker: Adept at navigating complex data landscapes to uncover insights, with a keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset. Collaborator: Builds strong, cooperative relationships across functions, promoting a culture of teamwork and shared success.
