Key Responsibilities Market research & talent intelligence Market mapping & long-listing Candidate outreach & engagement Primary screening & assessment Shortlist report creation Interview coordination Client & candidate communication ATS and Database updates Supporting senior consultants on CXO and mid–senior level mandates What We’re Looking For Minimum 3+ years of recruitment experience (mandatory) - Age no bar Prior exposure to manufacturing / engineering / industrial sector hiring Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision Strong ownership mindset: reliable, committed, sincere Go-getter attitude with excellent follow-through Excellent communication & coordination skills High integrity, disciplined work ethic, and consistency Familiarity with ATS tools & structured reporting Why Join BGR?
