Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills are essential. Role and Responsibilities: Collaborate with the onshore team to develop a new delivery/resourcing structure in the UK Successfully implement new processes and deliver growth with the onshore delivery team Drive performance to achieve individual targets Ensure the team prioritizes their daily and weekly tasks Maintaining individual goals effectively Monitor and analyze recruitment and sales goals/KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives Collaborate with onshore managers and internal stakeholders to streamline processes and improve outcomes Support management in driving key initiatives and projects Qualifications: Current Role: Recruitment Consultant (minimum level) or above Experience: At least 1 year in the current role in US Healthcare Recruitment Performance: Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed targets Stakeholder Management: Ability to effectively collaborate with onshore leaders, teams, and clients Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills At ICG Medical, we value innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
