*Job Title:* Project Manager – Interior Design



Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager - Interiors at Rodinia Realty & Designs in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Project Manager will oversee various interior design projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design and project management, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.



*Key Responsibilities:*


- Lead and manage multiple interior design projects from inception to completion.

- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

- Collaborate with designers, architects, contractors, and clients to define project scope and objectives.

- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.

- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and address any issues that arise.

- Prepare and present project proposals and updates to clients.

- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence.

- Coordinate procurement of materials and furnishings, negotiating with suppliers as needed.

- Foster strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in interior design and project management.


*Qualifications:*


- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the interior design industry.

- Strong knowledge of design principles, materials, and construction methods.

- Proficiency in project management software and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp).

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

- Certification in Project Management (PMP) is a plus.

- A portfolio showcasing relevant project experience is required.
