The Billing Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end billing operations for the organization. This role involves ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely invoicing for advertising, production, and media services. The Billing Manager will collaborate with sales, ad-sales, production, and finance teams to streamline billing processes and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the entire billing cycle – from raising invoices to collections.
  • Coordinate with sales, ad-sales, programming, and production departments for billing inputs.
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for advertising, sponsorships, events, and content distribution.
  • Review client contracts, insertion orders, and agreements to validate billing terms.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and work with the finance team to resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements in billing.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for billing efficiency.
  • Generate monthly/quarterly billing reports and revenue forecasts for management.
  • Liaise with clients on billing-related queries and provide resolution in a professional manner.
  • Train and supervise billing staff, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80, ₹100,000.00 per month
